Island Pacific Spicy Chorizo de Cebu is a Filipino cured pork sausage originating from the Visayan Province of Cebu. It is also known as longganisa de Cebu. They are red in color because of annato leaves added to it. Spicy Chorizo de Cebu is a perfect blend sweet and spicy flavor.
