**Lane Snapper** Lane Snapper, also known as Redtail Snapper, is mild in taste and has a firm and flaky texture. Our Lane Snapper is wild-caught off the coasts of Mexico. It has a silvery pink and reddish exterior with a yellow, lined pattern running along its body.
